LAMA at the Los Angeles Modernism Show

It’s official. Peter has surprised us again!  I must say the concrete and rebar, punk interpretations of the Le Corbusier Grand Confort Lounge Chair did receive an ample amount of attention last night. They look like they would be uncomfortable, but surprisingly they are quite nice! If you doubt me, you must stop by the booth and try them out for yourself. The show lasts today until 7pm and is open from 11am – 5pm tomorrow. Los Angeles Modernism Show & Sale 2010

This weekend LA Modern will be back at the Santa Monica Airport Barker Hangar for the 2010 Los Angeles Modernism Show & Sale! This show is sure to promise a great assortment of 20th century offerings from exhibitors from the U.S. and Europe. Tonight is the opening gala, which will kick off the show, which takes place on Saturday (11am – 7pm) and Sunday (11am – 5pm). Peter is bringing a whole separate group of material, and this time he is really kicking into high-gear MODERN! Peter will be premiering the May 23, 2010 Modern Art & Design Auction catalogue at the event, so be sure to swing by to get an early copy!
